- 1 student obtained a part-time job at Walgreens after completing her vocational training there; she also opened a case with DRS (IDHS Division of Rehabilitative Services) in order to receive vocational planning supports for competitive employment and post-secondary education after exiting transition
- 2 students who were previously outplaced received support in registering for PUNS(Prioritization for Urgency of Needs for Services), SSI (Supplemental Security Income), and Medicaid
- 1 student made connections with the Epilepsy Foundation and JCFS (Jewish Child and Family Services) and just obtained a paid internship with the Mundelein Park District
- 2 students obtained full-time employment this year with the Lake Forest Place and Goodwill at Great Lakes Naval Base. Both students have health insurance and a 401k by age 20.
- 1 student made a connection with JCFS and obtained a second part-time job at the Libertyville Park District

- 1 student obtained a second part-time job at Atlas Car Wash.
- 1 student budgeted the paychecks from her first job to buy a new car. She now independently manages her transportation for work and school attendance in her very own Jeep.
- 1 student made progress in his ability to cope with auditory sensory input by listening to music for up to 12 seconds and is using communication skills to self-advocate for sensory needs.
- 1 student is preparing to age out/exit Transition and has made connections with SSI, Medicaid, and PUNS and has begun the process of obtaining guardianship.
