Thursday, October 24 - Day 1 schedule
Half - day schedule for students - 11:25am dismissal
1:30pm - 3:00pm - 1st set of conferences (10 minute sessions)
4:00pm - 7:00pm 2nd set of conferences (10 minute sessions)
Friday, October 25 - Day 2 schedule
No student attendance
9:00am - 11:00am - 1st set of conferences (10 minute sessions)
12pm - 2pm - 2nd set of conferences (10 minute sessions)
All conferences must be scheduled. No walk-ins.

Register (new users)
Enter your email address and click "Login/Create Account".
Fill in the required fields and register.
For each child, enter a student ID and birth date (mm/dd/yyyy)
Sign In
If you've previously registered, all you need to do is enter your email and password. The system will recognize you and the children you have added to your account.
Scheduling
Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend shows you which teacher corresponds to which color, and the times increase as you go down the page. (Note: you will not see all of the teachers at your school, just the set of teachers that your children have classes with.) Click on a square to book that time.
You will optionally have the choice of setting a time when you would like a reminder email delivered.
Click "Create Appointment".
Repeat until you have an appointment with each teacher you'd like to visit with.
At any time you can click on "printable schedule" and print the resulting web page to get a hard copy of your schedule.
If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in at any time with the email address and password you used to create your account.
Click on “Your Schedule” to display and hide your appointments. There will be links to change the time, or cancel the appointment.

How is my student doing in your class: Grades, attendance, missing assignments
How can my student improve his/her grade?
Is there some way that I can check my student’s progress in class?
Are there any upcoming projects or assignments my student should be working on?
Latino professionals to share paths to success
In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, MHS will host a panel of Latino professionals who will share their experiences with students and staff. The event will take place Wednesday, Oct. 2 from 10:30 am to 2:15 pm in the MHS Auditorium. The audiences will change during each of the four lunch periods during that time frame.

Choirs to present Autumn Concert October 10
All of Mundelein High School’s choirs will perform in their first concert of the year with the Autumn Concert slated for Thursday, Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. in the MHS Auditorium. Admission is free.
The groups performing will include the Chorale, Bel Canto, Honors Concert Choir, Honors Master Singers, The Noteables, Sound, Lights and SoundFX. The concert will also include a short preview from each of the show choirs in preparation for their annual Spotlight Event set for Dec. 6, 2019

October Mustang Pride
On Thursday, October 3, 10 students were honored by MHS staff members for being the best example of Mustang Pride! Mustang Pride may have looked like
- doing the right thing because it is the right thing to do
- taking the time to help out another student
- living by the motto "winners never quit...quitters never win"
- Not being satisfied with just doing a job but constantly trying to do the job better
- Representing MHS in a positive way everywhere you go
- Going above and beyond
- Demonstrating the ability to overcome obstacles

College & Career Center
College Week is Coming!
MHS is celebrating College Week with helpful activities for students!
A number of helpful activities and programs will be available to Mundelein High School students as they celebrate College Week October 7 through 11.
We will help you complete your applications and even have a free application fair for you to submit them to participating schools for free! Check out the list of colleges and universities participating in our Free Application Day on October 10 by clicking HERE. The events are sponsored by the Guidance Department’s College and Career Resource Center [CCRC].
FAFSA Completion Workshop
Seniors and their parents may drop by MHS anytime on Wednesday, October 09 between 5-8pm and get help completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) 2020-2021. Remember to bring the following information with you: student and parents’ 2018 tax returns, bank statements, students’ Social Security Number, an FSA ID, and a list of colleges student is applying to.

College Representative Visits
College representatives from across the nation are coming to MHS to meet YOU! Look at a list of upcoming visits on Naviance. Click on the “Colleges” tab at the top of the screen and select “Colleges Home”. Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says “College Visits” and click on “Show More”, then find and click on “Register” to attend the visits of your choice. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn more about college life on multiple schools’ campuses and to stand out among the crowd of applicants.

Girls GolfCongrats to the Lady Mustang Golfer for taking first place in the Mundelein Invite with a season best 370. Kellie Shanahan took 2nd place with an 83, Maddie Wade 5th with 93, Maddy Forster 6th with a 95 and Natalie Altenhoff took 7th with a 99.

Volleyball game to raise funds for cancer research; donations appreciated
Mundelein High School’s girls volleyball team will host a Breast Cancer Volleyball Match vs. Antioch High School Friday, Oct. 11 beginning at 5 p.m. in the Main Gym. Admission will be a donation of $5 for adults and $3 for children. A limited number of newly designed t-shirts are now available in the bookstore. Cost is $10 for short sleeves and $15 for long sleeves.
Roughly 94 percent of the money raised through this event will go to the Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation located at Northwestern Hospital in Chicago. At MHS, this annual event has raised more than $36,000. The night of the game will include raffle baskets and a 50/50 raffle.
Area residents are also invited to make straight donations to the cause at the MHS Bookstore. Checks should be made out to Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation.
George Dressen is the head varsity girls’ volleyball coach at MHS.
Booster Club
Mustang Fans - The MHS Mustang Booster Club will be hosting a Spaghetti Fundraising Dinner on October 5th from 5pm-8pm in the MHS cafeteria. Tickets are only $7.00/per person and you can choose dine in or carry out when ordering. Tickets can be purchased using the link below or at the door the night of the dinner. We will be serving spaghetti, meatballs, salad and dessert all generously donated by Tina G's! We will also be hosting a 50/50 raffle that evening, and will be selling Mustang yard signs and other Mustang items!
The Mundelein-based Kirk Players will be opening their 54th season with Lord Arthur Savile’s Crime, that evening at 7:30pm, and this will make for a great family night out - dinner and the theater!
