Assessments

Each spring, MHS participates in state accountability testing.  PARCC is a multiple test assessment used by the state of Illinois in the spring of each school year.  The PARCC exam is provided by the state free of charge.  Students who were/are enrolled in English 1 / Honors English 1 and Algebra 1 during the 2015-2016 school year will be PARCC tested.

In addition, MHS has recognized the importance of every student taking the ACT college admissions test.  By receiving an ACT score, each MHS student has the necessary ticket to college.  The ACT test is free to all 3rd year students.

PARCC and ACT testing days are described below:

MHS will continue to send testing information out during the next month either through this blog, on the D120 website, or via MHS email blasts.

AP Exams
Sign-up for AP exams will occur from February 8 through March 23. Students taking AP exams at Mundelein High School must register for exams online at Total Registration (click HERE https://user.totalregistration.net/AP/143097?ceeb=143097for site) by March 23, 2016. The cost of each 2016 AP exam is $92.00.  After students answer all questions for the online Total Registration process, they will see a confirmation page that shows you the registration process has been successfully completed.
